How a Session Works
A consistent Deluxky session, so the gallery you receive is organized and easy to review. The diagrams below are schematic illustrations of each step, not photos from a specific property. Documentation only: photos and video, no reports, evaluations, or diagnoses.
01
Front of the home
An establishing view of the front of the home, including the house number where it is visible.
02
Overhead view
A straight-down view showing the whole home in the frame.
03
Views from all sides
Eight views around the property — front, front right, right, back right, back, back left, left, and front left — so the full roof is covered from every side.
04
Every slope, in detail
Each slope is covered in a systematic zigzag pattern, flown parallel to the roof line, with overall shots and close detail shots of specific areas.
05
Final overhead view
A final straight-down view of the whole home to close the session.
06
Private gallery in 24-72 hours
Your photos, and video if you chose that package, delivered as an organized private gallery in capture order.

Roof Documentation Questions
Can drone photos confirm the cause of a roof leak?
No. Aerial imagery can document visible conditions, but it is not a structural, engineering, roofing, or insurance diagnosis. A qualified professional should interpret the images and determine the cause or repair.
Do I need to climb onto the roof?
Usually not for the aerial capture. We coordinate a safe launch area and capture the requested exterior views from the ground.
What happens if weather or airspace prevents the flight?
We confirm feasibility before launch and reschedule or explain the available alternatives when safe, legal flight is not possible.
How quickly will I receive my photos and video?
Your organized gallery is typically delivered within 24-72 hours of the completed flight.
Is Deluxky a roof inspection company?
No. Deluxky is not a roof inspector. We document visible exterior roof conditions with aerial photos and video only, and deliver the organized gallery to the person who hired us. We do not provide inspection reports, evaluations, or diagnoses.
